Baby #2 | 26 weeks

How many weeks pregnant?: 26

Weight gain?:  16 lbs thus far

Cravings?: Still loving apples and a recent obsession with peanut butter balls (thanks Steph)

Food aversions?: Eh, nothing really right now...although some things are a whole lot less satisfying than they used to be!

How are you feeling?: Above all, pretty good. I notice as we close in on the 3rd trimester that my energy is starting to leave again.

Most embarrassing pregnancy moment thus far?: Gladly, I have not embarrassed myself lately:P

Best pregnancy moment so far?: This week we went to Maternal Fetal Med. and met with a genetics counselor.  They did a detailed ultrasound and looked at all of her tiny little body.  After month of stressing and fear we were happy to hear that she looks absolutely perfect!  Her heart is strong, she has two fully functioning kidney (both of which are concerns with an SUA baby).  Her bones are great and she was swallowing up a storm.  Most of the ultrasound she spent trying to get her right foot in her mouth, almost successfully!  If her foot wasn't there her hands were, I think we may have a thumb sucker on our hands!

Baby's name?:  Oh, she is named! Again!  We changed it after we had been calling her the first name for quite a while.  Her new name is so lovely to me, and after seeing her again, it fits her perfectly.  I'll give you a hint....it starts with an A.

Boy or girl?: Still a girl, we checked!

Wearing maternity clothes?:Ha, these questions, I tell you.  My maternity clothes are almost all too small!  My belly hangs out of everything!
